It's been absolutely ages since I have posted anything, and if any of my old readers to look at this, i am sorry.  I am breathing new life into a couple of my blogs, but will be focusing mainly on real estate and interior design as that is now MY main focus and I need to make a living.  I will continue to rant and lose my mind at times over what some may consider silly, but I will try to keep a ying to my yang as I speak my sage bits of wisdom and observations of the world we are living in.  It's great to be back, but remeber this particular blog will be devoted to the wonderful world of real estate.  And to all my readers from the past, please bear with me as I try to explain things about the market and property.  And please, please, please, do not hesitate to ask if you have questions about real estate, whether it's your mom's, you'r dad's, boyfriend's girlfriend's, well you get my drift.  Please stop by frequently for great information, and a lot of fun. We are going to make those guys from "Million Dollar Listing", look even more foolish than they do on their own.  I will also be posting video and audio to make this page even more fun.
